These group calls are optional, but they offer a great opportunity for networking with fellow Real Estate Champion Club Members.
✔ Assistance for Finding Funding for Your Deals: As an active member of the Real Estate Champions Club, you will receive assistance with finding private money, hard money, and lending institutions to fund your deals. This support will assist you to secure funding to purchase properties.
✔ Wholesale Deal Email Blast: If you have a wholesale deal that you can’t sell through your buyers list, we can help you by sending it out to all the real estate investors in your market that are in our database as well as sharing it on the Champions Club site. There is no deal splitting or any additional cost to do this as long as you are an active Real Estate Champions Club Member. This provides a great opportunity for you to collect additional income through wholesaling!
✔ Hotline Access: Just like having an attorney on retainer, you will have direct access to Chuck for questions, support, deal analysis, negotiations strategies, etc. through phone calls and email.
✔ Opportunities for Deal Partnering with Chuck: As an active Real Estate Champions Club Member, you have the opportunity to deal split with Chuck on your deals. Of course, the profit numbers have to make sense and Chuck has to approve the deal, but this is an opportunity available exclusively to the Real Estate Champions Club Members and One-on-One Coaching Students.
✔ Champions Club Site: As a Champions Club Member, you will have access to the site which includes contracts, forms, templates, and a wealth of training materials and videos to access. Additionally, new training videos and blogs will be added on a regular basis. As a member, if you have specific training topics that you would like to see added to the Champions Club Members only site, all you have to do is ask and we’ll add those topics to our site as well as work with you individually on the topic, if needed.
✔ RE Champions Club Retreat Meetings: As long as you are actively enrolled in the Real Estate Champions Club, you can attend any or all of the Champions Club Retreat Meetings at no additional cost to attend. We will have a Special Networking Session and a Special Guest Speaker to share their expertise with our group. We will work with our members to evaluate deals and create multiple offers to present to sellers, assist with negotiation strategies, answer questions, help overcome challenges, and assist you in moving your business forward. These meetings will be tailored to the needs of the Champions Club Members.
✔ Accountability Component: As an added bonus, we will be doing an introductory goal setting call with participants in the Real Estate Champions Club. During this kick-off call, we will assist you in mapping out goals for the next 12 months. We will then set up follow up calls to assist you in monitoring your progress, readjusting your goals as needed, and helping you strategize ways to meet and exceed your goals for the remainder of the year and beyond. This accountability call is strictly optional, but it will be a great opportunity to set a road map to success for your business!
